IRC-GLOBAL originated in April of 2006 as a semi-private network. It has evolved into a publicly accessible system with multiple server redundancy. Continued expansion is expected through implementation of additional servers and features (as needed).
IRC-GLOBAL was founded by parallax and is co-administrated by W2PIO. Each has an extensive networking and IRC systems management background. The network operations and user assistance teams comprise an array of individuals with decades of collective IRC experience. Staff personnel are dedicated to sustaining network integrity and stability, as well as serving as a quality user support resource.
